The lahan of the seventh strophe is that of the piyyut  Ne'ima li, derived from an Arabic song, Ya  mali  sham,  in maqam Rast, recorded by the famous Syrian singer Sabah Fakhri. The eighth strophe is sung to the lahan of the Piyyut Bo'i be-rina, derived from the Arabic song Hawaid min hunna, in maqam Mahur.
