Pizmon al masaot mi-Bagdad ad kever Yehezkel ha-navi. Song about travels from Baghdad to the tomb of Ezekiel the Prophet. This is a traditional poem in Judeo-Arabic known as Kowaniğ le-Adoneinu Yehezkel Hanavi zehuto yagen aleinu amen (The stations to our master Ezekiel the Prophet may his virtue stand us amen). It is a serial song in which each stanza refers to a different station (Kunağ) of the ziyara (pilgrimage) to the tomb of Ezekiel the Prophet in Al Kifl (south of Baghdad) around the festival of Shavu’ot and also Succoth, starting with the formula “The station of the [number] day is...” On this song see, Amnon Shiloah, The musical tradition of Iraqi Jews (Or Yehuda, 1983), no. 59, pp. 126-7
