His Wife's Lover (Zayn Vaybs Lubovnik) is a classic of Yiddish cinema and is about Eddie Wien (played by famous Yiddish stage actor Ludwig Satz) who dresses up as an old man to see if a woman will only marry him for his money or not. This comedic film features a few songs in Yiddish, all of which are of secular content and do not deal with Jewish issues but rather with issues of the depression era and of love.
