Esa libi (I will lift my heart)

Author: Eliyahu Sasson. The lahan consists of four musical units, corresponding to the four verses. Melodic structure: a-a-b-c. In the Har Tzyion synagogue the fifth and sixth strophes are sung to a different lahan from that sung in other synagogues. In the seventh strophe the original lahan is sung again.
