Yomar na Yisrael (Let Israel say)

Author: Israel Najara. The lahan consists of four musical units, corresponding to the four verses of each of the twenty-three strophes. In old collections of the Baqqashot this piyyut appears in Maqam Nawa. In some later collections the maqam is Nahawand on Nawa. Melodic structure: a-a'-b-c.
