Nashid by Zacharia Al-Dahri. It expresses yearning for Jerusalem (Seri-Tobi: 120). It was undoubtedly inspired by Yehuda Halevi's poem Yefe Nof. The poetry of the Jews of Yemen and other Eastern communities frequently imitated that of Jewish-Spanish poetry.
Zadok Zubeiri sings this song in the melody regularly used for Qiryia yefefi'ah, sung in a slow flowing rhythm. Here, he sings both stanzas of the poem.
