A Free People

In this film about immigration to Israel from Europe and Egypt there are two scenes with Jewish rituals. The first occurs towards the beginning of the film in which a Mourner's Kaddish is recited in remembrance of those killed in the Holocaust. The second  is of a Passover Seder. The participants sing the Four Questions  and then Ve-Hi She'amda, while the narrator points out the symbolism of Jews singing this song in the State of Israel, since it is about the defeat of tyranny over man.
