Lo! As the potter molded clay,
To form his varying fancy doth display,
So in thy hand, O God of love, are we.

This niggun, which is sung by the Lubavitch Hassidim to the words of the well known hymn from the Day of Atonement liturgy, is also familiar to many as the Israel lullaby "Lie Down, My Son," with lyrics by Emanuel Ha-Russi. Matti Kovler arrangment emphasizes the contrast between Yotzer (the Creator) and Yetzer (an evil panchant) by an unexpected outburst in the middle of a sweet tune.
