Remarks on the symphonies/overtures in the scores of the three ceremonies for Hosa`na Rabbah at the Synagogue Casale Monferrato

Brief analyses of five string symphonies used as overtures to Hebrew cantatas, dated 1732, 1733, and 1735. All works are anonymous, but the composer of the symphony in G for the 1733 cantata has been identified as Antonio Brioschi. The Article, though written in English, is appendix 3 to the Hebrew article by Israel Adler, which appears in the Hebrew section of this volume.
