The bride unfastens her tresses (v.1) and her "knight" (the groom) faints (v.2). He invites her to come with him (v.3), and promises to take good care of her (v.4), to be a good husband (v.5) and cause her no worry (v.6). The groom looks joyfully at her pale and beautiful face (v.7-8).
