The aim of this site is to help people understand the origins and development of liturgical worship and the music used in these worship forms over the past millennia. The site content and reviews are written by an advisory board, which is comprised of eight people who have dedicated themselves to the study of liturgical theology and music. The site provides information about the history, development and practice of liturgics and liturgical music in the Judeo-Christian milieu, links to other sites on related subjects, and a web store that offers a wide selection of liturgical compact discs, books and related items.
